we have a subscription at createaforum.com our URL is: http://clientenraadoro.createaforum.com

when our users try to upload a attachment the forum gives the message that ''the upload folder is full'' how can we solve this ?

De uploadmap zit vol. Probeer een kleiner bestand te uploaden en/of stel de beheerder op de hoogte.

is this payment monthly ? so 49$ everymonth for 1 gig or is this a one time payment ?

The $49 is a one time fee for the disk space. It depends on your forum there is no max set the default is 10mb for a forum.
