Upgrades without PayPal

This forum I am on has run out of storage space for attachments and I am trying to add more but the only way to get more I can find is through PayPal. However I have been banned from PayPal. Is there a way to pay for upgrades without PayPal?

OK so for those seeing this now, turns out if you scroll down you can just use your ordinary credit/debit card without PayPal. You just can't use cash.
