I am the owner of Camelot elite tennis society tennis forum. I have put a lot of work into it.

paypal just sent me an email that my unlimited (19.95) subscription is canceled. there is nothing wrong with my 2 credit cards that they have on file there.

there is nobody to talk to at paypal. it is pretty damn ridiculous that they cant have anybody there to at least answer urgent questions.



I cant afford to have my forum shut down because of this. I just checked those 2 cards. they are both perfectly good.

they used the card and it worked on December 24th and not today.


what can I do? is there a number to call?

can a forum be affected. I did what you suggested.

they have 2 cards on file. I used the 2nd one and it said it worked.


at any rate, can the forum be affected because of some paypal mistake? or even a credit card company error?
