System recovery

Quick question,


I promoted a business partner as admin to spruce up my forum, but need to make sure that if a mistake happens or an intentional sabotage I can recover everything I've worked hard to build.  Is that possible and if so, how/where do I find those settings?  Thanks

We would have to do a database backup. Order a backup.

Contact me generally $50 fee which includes the forum content in .sql mysql format.
