Subscriptions system

I'm having problems with my subscription system, I have people that already paid for their subscriptions but they doesn't appear on the subscription, any help? Thanks.

Yes I did get the payment, his username wasn't on my subscription list, I tried to add him manually and says that he was a subscriber already, I fix It going to his username (existing subscription was empty) edit subscription and change dates active status.

hmm so he was a subscriber marked in the system? But wasnm't marked active?
Was payment made by echeck?

Apparently he was a subscriber in the system because I tried to add him manually and the system told me he was a subscriber already, but he didn't show in my subscription list, and he told he can't access the to the subs features, he didn't get the badge either, I had to go to his profile click edit subscription and it works. Thank for your fast response and great customer service.
