Create A Forum - Support Forums

Is there a way I can acess folders for my server? I really need to be able to add files to my image folder, so I can have userbars for my ranks. Please help me with this. I know how to do it through an actual host that offers me a cPanel.

I've already tried workarounds but, it only displays in my membergroup section. As soon as I hit modify it's the old image, and it doesn't show up in the post. I know what I'm doing when it comes to adding in code like this, I've checked through the code so many times but yeah.
