Out Of Login Chances

I am having problems on my site with members logging in.
it does not happen all the time but is now becoming annoying to both myself and my members.
when some try to log in they are getting an error message which states they are out of login chances
even though they have entered the correct details to login??
our site is www.ultimate-dream.co

is there an issue on the server ?

There is a setting that you can change to allow more chances.
It it is found Security Settings in your admin area

Increase this setting "'Failed login threshold"
