I want to change my forum website smileys using CSS by changing the img url in inspecting element sections ! can anyone help me how can I delete the old url of current smileys and how can I post new url of new smileys?

hey I added that code in footers section as you instructed in that thread and then I clicked save header and footer but no change happened! ::)
