I've noticed that on my forum, when I reply to a topic, Re: [topic-title] appears in the Recent Topics EzBlock after I post it. How do I fix this?

I'd like it to move to the top when it gets a new reply.

I'd like the topic title to move to the top without duplicating or saying Re: [topic-title].
