SMF or PHBB?
« on: September 03, 2011, 04:52:54 pm »
Hi! I was wondering what createaforum was based on, so that I could make PHPFreChat work with it.

Like so, as for phpbb3 is concerned.

So, if it isnt phpbb3, what is it, and can someone on the administration team tell me what variables to use to achieve the same effect?

This forum software is SMF 2.0 and for the chat, there's free chatboxes over the internet that you can use and there's a built-in shoutbox. You can also upgrade your forum to include a chatroom system that utilizes ajax for a 1 time fee of $30. You can try it out here: http://support.createaforum.com/chat/index.php
If you still want to use PHPFreeChat, I actually wouldn't know how to change it to work with this forum software.
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.
