Admin-Style Manager-Customize images. However, I'm not sure you can customize this, but check. =)

i done all that but i am nto 100% witch one it is lol because there is like 3 mail things on there lol i want it to be just went they get mail lol

There is a mail icon under admin icons, but not sure if that's it. There is also an envelope icon under Forum Icons, but that is for notifications.I don't think you can customize it.
 
So you mean that instead of it saying "Messages [2]" you want it to say "Messages (You got mail face"? I don't think it's possible to change that. Sorry. =(
