Help on how to sett up sub domain

Please I have red all topics in createafourm and noticed no one has spoken about sub domain setting except me. I own my domain for my website now I want to use the same domain for my free website from createaforum. Please today I need full tutorial assume your domain host is Yahoo. Now instead of support.createaforum.com  use sub domain support.goodhost.com Plaese teach us step by step with examples.
