It's a one-time fee of $30 which can be purchased by clicking on the Forum Upgrades link at the bottom of your forum.

I have no idea but it doesn't take 2 minutes to code that whole thing, plus it updates in real-time. Alternatively, you can use a free shoutbox which can be enabled from the ezBlock Manager.

It uses a lot of system resources which slows forums which is why I limit it and not give to everyone
