I'd like a custom theme for my site.

I want to make a theme, but the codes are hard to understand. I'd like a theme that fits my website. swapnoteleagueoftrivia.createaforum.com
What I want is a swapnote themed site. with thin buttons, a green spotted backround (small spots) and a Banner that reads Swapnote League Of Trivia

Sorry to put your hopes down but we don't have any active users on this forum that make new styles
