I have members from Russia and China who only get a white screen when they go to my forum. It is fine for everyone else. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I am currently blocking Russia/China from CreateAForum due to spam issues.

people from Russia needs to register , is there is a way to unblock them on my forum?

hi again, sorry for that but my Russian friends can view the forum now but they can't register !!
they receive a different message now :  " contact the forum owner..... 4 "
i tried to disable the "anti-spam" features in the "Security and Moderation" but i can't make any permanent change on them.
help please  :-\
