"Gests" using Tor exit routers

Recently I have noticed an increase of "Guests" showing as being on the forum, most of the IP addresses show as Tor exit routers. I am worried that this might be an attempt to hack the database.Is there any way of blocking Tor IP addresses.

We are block tor accounts from registering by default. Guests we do not do anything as that requires active lookups.
