Remove Name and Email Requirement for Guest Posting

So I want guests to be able to post Anonymously if they wish. I don't want them to have to enter their e-mail or even a username for that matter (if they enter no name their name is Anonymous). How do I go about changing this?

Currently there is no way to change this. I would recommend a throw email service.
