remove 1 Year and 5 Year Membership

How much do I have to pay so that you remove the 1 Year ($19.95) and 5 Year Membership ($49.95) options for members of my forum? These membership options promise to let no ads showing only for the member specifically as well as provide bookmarking system.

I don't really have anything specific setup to remove that. I guess we could up of a price $25 to hide one time.
