Pop up problem

Hi I realise that advertising is essential but can you please have a look at: http://sedgleyukulelestrummers.createaforum.com/index.php
When you navigate away from the main page pop up ads appear which you cannot delete  after you have read them. It's making our forum unusable at the moment.

We don't use popup ads in our forum hosting service. If you get a screenshot one I can look into it. But I would also suggest review your browser extensions and antimalware settings.

I will try to get a screen shot for you, the problem seems to be associated with ipad users rather than the desktop users.the url for the window that opens is: bestluckycentre.space/prize/uklucky etc etc

Are they using the tapatalk app to access the forums? If so we do not have control over the ads there.
