I want it to be shut down COMPLETELY. I don't want it in permanent maintenance mode, I want you to completely remove it.

idk if CreateAForum will remove your forum or not but it's unlikely. My best suggestion is to use a redirect code and put it in your headers.

If you wish to have your forum deleted, remove all posts from everywhere in the forum and that should trigger its delete next time there is a server sweep.
