Please Help!

I am hoping you can help me with the following issues:

1. I cannot access my forum at http://thisandthatforum.createaforum.com , it just comes up with a blank white page.
2. I want to get rid of the St Patrick's theme header image of the clover (images.smfboards.com/caf/themes/st_patricks/images/theme/head.jpg) and replace it with this http://s23.postimg.org/5kalzjj97/Image2.png  .

Please help me with this. I am new to SMF and I only just set up my forum last night.

1. You entered bad header code we have fixed this issue.
2. You would need to modify the css of theme under the style manager.

Thanks for the first answer but I would like to remove the St Patrick header logo. It's still there no matter how hard I try.
