People in Kyiv Ukraine area can't access my forum

http://ukraineenglishnewsforum.createaforum.com/ Is my forum and my moderator can't access it. He contacted other friends and they can't access it. Any info on this? He's registered in the forum.

Have the user try again. I had antispam feature to block the Ukraine

I sent them the message to try. Waiting for a reply. I send my news posts via Twitter and that's where I get most of my hits on the forum and some said weren't able to access forum. Thanks. I'll let you know once they contact me.
