No.  I just realized why I'm having trouble.  You all might want to make a note of this...

A couple of months back, my sponsor and I created a PayPal account with that Debit card #.
PayPal might just be recognizing the debit card number, because we recently created an account with that number.
I haven't tried it yet, but I think that's been the trouble.
And actually, this is the kind of trouble people have... when we don't write down, or lose account information like this...
