Pages slow loading

Last week I had problems with my forum loading very slow.  Even when going from page to page, but it lasted only a couple of days.  This morning when I went to my board, I had a couple of people complaining about the same problem.  It happened to me also.  The forum loaded immediately, but when I tried to go to another page, it was very slow loading.  I did a search but did not find any current posts dealing with this problem. 

Help....is it something do with the servers, internet connections or what?

I wonder if I posted in the wrong place? 

This morning, my board is not loading at all!!  All I see is the very top of the page...

It seems to be a slow loading ad that is causing it to slow down.
Moved those ads to an iframe to help.

Thank you!!   I just went to my forum an it is flying!!!  I'm not tecky smart, so I don't know what you did to move those slow loading ads, but whatever you did is great...thank you again!!
