Package Manager available?

Started using this service not too long ago, forum set up..etc, so learning on the fly..was browsing through to find the add on for easier posting of video services and found it this morning..downloaded the zipped file (SimpleAudioVideoEmbedder2.0.5) and can't seem to find out how/where to install this bad boy.

Package manager is not part of this service we already have SimpleAudioVideoEmbedder installed on the forums.

hmm..yes I have been able to use videos say for youtube, by sharing 'long link', but vimeo is another story, as is embedding other video formats. Embed codes is not working well at all, if at at all..

Do I have a setting off? thats the reason I went looking for some sort of 'upgrade'

There isn't any settings available to add new websites to support embedding videos.
