I suspect it's something with the css
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.

What's the value of your Forum Width setting?
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.

Try changing it to the width of your screen resolution for an example, 1240px
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.

I have a bigger screen so your forum looks fine to me, the issue is usually because of the css coding. Even though you're using a default style and haven't edited it, it probably wasn't designed for every screen resolution out there.
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.
