Old membergroup problem

SO my forum has an old membergroup that someone has set as primary still even though the membergroup has been deleted and when I try imputing a different membergroup it will not change even though the forum says it has been.

no the first membergroup has been deleted as it was replaced but it still shows up. And I cant see it on the edit membergroups page anymore so I cant remove the member that way.
