Not able to login Admin account

Hi Support Team


Not able to login to admin account. I have tried changing the password as well and tried to login but its showing error as per attached screenshot.
Please advise the solution asap.

Hi Support Team
I have raised the admin login issue in the support forum yesterday but haven't got any response till now for the issue to be resolved. Due to this I am not able to do anything required to set up my forum website.
Please advise if anyone from support team looking after the issue.

I was using the same web address before but its still the same with http://propertycommunity.com.au  , showing error as per attached screenshot.

I just signedup and was able to login using
