Is there a place where i can move topics such that users/guests can read, post comments but won't be able to create topic. I want it to be like a news feed where they will see the topics. I will be the only only one to post. It will be like a front page. It will be a manual moving of post that i like. Posts won't move there automatically. It will list  as many post topics i want to appear there. It will also continue downward so that people can click next page of it.
 I hope you understand that.

Yes, this can be done.

You need to create a new board, and change the "Permission Profile" to "reply only".

Instructions,

Administration Control Panel - > Boards - > Add Board (In desired category) - > "Permission Profile" (5th option down).

Please, don't be annoyed. Is it possible to show like 50 topic without showing the board. Or it may show the board at the top and list the number of posts i want to appear in the under the board title. It will just show the topics not the "last topic" i moved to the board. After like the "50" topic in the front page, it will show "next page"

I am not quite positive on what you are asking. I believe I understand, though.

You want there to be 50 posts per-page when a user enters a board. If that is the case, I will post instructions on how to do so.

Administration Control Panel - > Posts and Topics - > Topic Settings - > "Number of topics per page in the message index". < - Change the number in the box to 50.
