New users can't register for my forum

SMF For Free Moderator said he made a change to my forum, but it is still having the same error.

When a new user tries to register, they get a screen that says "An Error Has Occurred!"

Is that all they see? Or do they see something else?

Also let me know what browser they are using if you can.

That's all they see, and they're using Firefox.  Thank you!

a problem that one new member of mine had was Chrome, and clearing of the cached files. Check in membership section as sometimes they have signed up. Change their name and user ID, they'll get sent an email - job done

Thanks for the reply.  I did check in the members section of my admin section as suggested, and they're definitely not there.

Seems to be a bug with the site, as they're all getting the same error message.

I had one user try clearing her cache, and she still got the same "An Error Has Occurred!" message.

Yeah Same With Me any Solution To fix it?
