Create A Forum - Support Forums

I want to install mods some of them are create a forum owns, and some not. Anyone can tell me how can i install them? Thanks in advaced.

If that's what you meant, you can just create a new rank called moderator and give permissions. But the other way is to create moderators in the board section.
