Quoting issue

I don't know if any other forums experience this problem, but it's always bugged me: On my site (http://trollfightersoasis.createaforum.com/index.php), you can't quote posts just by clicking on the "quote" button-- a little pop-up appears for a moment, then nothing happens. You have to either right-click or (on mobile) hold the link down until you can open a new tab. Is there any way to fix this?

Known issue but the fix is to enable quick reply.  Which is found under
Admin -> Layout Settings -> Reset Options

Then reset the default options and member options there is a quickreply setting

Yeah I wish I can find the root cause of it. I just know quick reply casues it.
