Google saw the sitemap but all the URLs can't be indexed...

What domain did you submit...?
Make sure you submit your subdomain name.

You don't have that domain parked as the main forum url. You can do so under Admin -> Domain Parking
You can't use that sitemap. That site map is only valid for https://factoforum.createaforum.com
