How do I make registration mandatory???

I want users to only see the login or registration page when they view my site. How do I take out the info center so that guests cannot see? Please Help! Thanks

so you do extra requests for custom codes etc ?  how much ? give me a rough idea, i'v got a few things i might want later on.
