NSFW Content and Ad Free Plans

So in the terms of service, it says NSFW content must have an ad free plan at all times.
Do I need the $20 unlimited one or can I do the $5 one since my community is small and wont go over that many page views a month?
Also if I go over my plan do I have to disable those boards until my next month?


If your curious as to why I'm asking this question, my community wants a NSFW board section.

You should be one that is constant ad free which the minimum is $14.95 a month
Or you can buy a lot of adfree credits at once but you have to be careful they can't run out.
