How to Add background pictures

How are background pictures added to a forum? I'd like instructions on tilting the background pics, also.

EDIT: Can podcasts be added to SMF forums? If yes, give instructions, please.

You can change the css or the images in the Style Manager of your forum.

Podcasts if they are links or code you can include them in posts or in headers footers if code.
