How do I add the chat to my fourm?

I upgraded to the ultimate plan I am not sure how to add the chat tab to my forum. I am not seeing how to do it in the admin area. any help would be much appreciated.

It should be automatic after the ugprade. There should be a chat tab. What is your forum url.

Also, other chat settings found under Admin -> Features Options -> Chat

Thank you so much. 1 last question. I appear to be having some sort of graphic issue or something in the posting section of my forum where someone starts a new post or replies to a post. Instead of the emoticons it is coming up as the text with an error images.
