Moving the order of main categories around

Hi all

Apologies if this has been asked previously but totally new to this. I have set my forum up, but need to rearrange the order of the main categories. I've spent some time looking on the admin pages as to how to do this but nothing is shouting out at me. Can anyone please advise? Also, as my forum is aviation themed, can photographs be uploaded from say Flickr?
