Member trying to upload a photo to gallery, they receive "500 Internal Server error"

I have a member who is trying to upload a photo to the gallery, and they receive the error "500 Internal Server error". Yet other members are able to upload with no error.

I don't know the size of file.  Would a large file cause this error?  I will mention this to the member.
