How do you add an background on the new type of forums?

What does Headers+ Footers mean? Is that how you do it?

Headers/Footers is for codes to modify your forum.

The style system is fairly new, so there aren't really any styles you can add at this time.

Unless you know CSS and you can modify it.

I think that if i edit and change the url to the background image in the css that i can change it for you but it will take a while as i scroll through and try to find that one line in it. :)

Edit:I found the line that contains the background url in it!
