Links to words when posting

Hi
I've been creating pages for my forum
http://kolathechemist.createaforum.com
but i don't know how to create a link to a particular word in my posts so that when a user clicks on the word, it opens a webpage. How can I do this? Replies would be greatly appreciated!

You can maybe do with the censor system and use html code as the replacement.
