Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hello, I purchased the Japanese language pack and it seems that it's not displaying correctly. I know my system (computer) has the Japanese fonts and I can see them on my forum, but when I switch from English to Japanese, the whole system shows unreadable text. Same for admin panel and same for profile.

Yesterday, it was showing messed up on the admin panel and the profile but today, when I switched the language from english to japanese and saved, the screen only shows english as if the Japanese is gone. The profile is still messed up. Here are the screenshots.

Thank you. I can see most of the things now in Japanese, but some menu items and drop down menu items are in English. I guess this is one limitation.
