Items not showing in store

searched the forums for an answer before posting  ;D


purchased and activated the store and added an item. When regular members click on the item it takes them to a blank page and with the url being


https://www.airgunscotland.com/index.php?action=store;sa=view;id=2      I deleted item one and tried again)


I have set the permissions okay as far as i can tell (screenshot of permissions)


any advice?

The entire page is blank? Like a white screen?

exactly that.  I have also tried adding the items to a category and set the category permissions so that everyone has access but still white screen

It's a white screen for me as Admin too  tried it on chrome, firefox, opera, and slimjet with cache deleted and popups allowed
