So if someone was live streaming on FB how can they stream on this forum, sorry am not a technical wizzard here

the animated GIF when I upload to FB you need to click on the gif to start and click again to stop I want to be able to offer this on my forum but cannot find a way to get the ANIMATED gif to work.I can post link from 3rd party hosting but it just 'plays' and does not permit to click on to stop. This is ultimately important I I offer readings on the CARD/pic members stop on. I hope I have explained myself more
