Is file upload is limited or size is for each file is limited?
Mean Unlimited to upload images or Limited to upload file with max size limit.

Yes, there are limits.20MB space is included with the forum for attachments.

My mean is Total Forum's images storage is 20MB

Yes attachment space. Gallery you also get 20mb too. You can upgrade the storage space as well.
