Installing a new Theme?

Hi,

I wanted to know if it was possible to install a new theme onto my forums website. The theme is a .zip folder, how would I install it into the forums?
I want to install this theme onto my forum: http://demo.phpbb3styles.net/DualCore

Not comptablitble. You can use styles from the stylesheet forum or create them using the style editor
