Is it necessary to host my forum on other hosting site

Admin is it necessary to host my forum on bluehost or godaddy,can you handle huge traffic?Like more than 100 to 300 million daily use like reddit traffic

Nope I can't handle that much. And neither could bluehost or godaddy. Now if you have a budget of a few million sure I could.
