so if he is not an admin he cant do anything?
Do not ever make anyone a admin if you do not trust them they can mess up all the forum and site.. What ever you can see and do they can do that to.
If he is giving you crap on there just ban him ..
Mods can do a lot pn the forum
But admins can do everything so it would be a bad move to make anyone a admin ..
