Hello dear, i got trouble with my forum

if i want to choose a shoutbox, it says that it is disabled, and need to use ezportal to enable
but its enabled there,
so i cant enable if its disabled, and if i choose the chatbox, it says the embed code

that does it say then so i cant do it, can someone pls help me
