Registration complaints in my forum
« on: March 28, 2012, 08:56:48 pm »
Hello
I'm worried; some people say that when they want to register into the forum, they are replied that their entries matches a spam or sth like that. This makes them unable to register. What do I do about this?

Is this after they already fill out all of the required information to register (username, password, etc.) or before that?

Ask them what they filled out for their username and email address. Certain combinations will make the system reject registration due to known spammers.
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.
